Cancellation Costs.
If, once deposit has been paid, Order Changes cannot be accommodated, or in the case of a Force Majeure Event (as defined in our contracts), any Agreement will be deemed to have terminated and cancellation costs (“Cancellation Costs”) will apply as follows: (i) if more than ninety (90) days prior to the Event Date, fifty percent (50%) of the Full Amount plus actual damages and/or costs that MBE is required to pay or otherwise suffers; and (ii) if less than ninety (90) days prior to the Event Date, one hundred percent (100%) of the Full Amount plus actual damages and/or costs that MBE is required to pay or otherwise suffers
