Sejon is a multidisciplinary artist known for his versatility and electric stage presence! He grew up in the competitive dance world, training extensively in hip hop, ballet, modern, jazz, contemporary, musical theatre, tap, and partnering. He’s performed works by top choreographers like Mia Michaels, Teddy Forance, Lex Ishimoto, Chaz Buzan, and Talia Favia, earning VIP scholarships, Breakout Artist scholarships at Break the Floor conventions, and received top placements at The Dance Awards.

 

Sejon graduated from Toronto Metropolitan University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Performance Dance and is now completing his Bachelor of Education! At TMU, he had the privilege of training under renowned faculty, performing and collaborating with professional choreographers and companies.

 

Beyond performing, Sejon is a passionate educator, teaching at many conventions such as Impact Dance Challenge, Crush Dance Convention, Strive Dance Challenge, and multiple summer intensives, where he continues to mentor and inspire emerging dancers!! Sejon has appeared in several professional productions, including Colossus as a Soloist with the Stephanie Lake Company, Bridge to Artists (Vlad Novitski), Stepanova’s Nutcracker (2014), and multiple Fever After Dark productions. As an emerging choreographer and instructor, he hopes to continue cultivating spaces where young, passionate artists can thrive.
